From H.R.5087 - The 2018 Assault Weapons Ban to the POTUS Scrapping Due Process
In the words of Publius Huldah, "All Federal Gun Control is Unlawful!" In the video below, she goes through the history of the federal government’s unlawful actions to regulate firearms in America.
Publius Huldah is a retired litigation attorney who now lives in Tennessee. Before getting a law degree, she got a degree in philosophy where she specialized in political philosophy and epistemology (theories of knowledge).
She now writes extensively on the U.S. Constitution, using the Federalist Papers to prove its original meaning and intent. She shows how federal judges and politicians have ignored Our Constitution and replaced it with their personal opinions and beliefs. She also shows how The People can, by learning our Founding Principles themselves, restore our Constitutional Republic.

“Take the guns first, go through due process second”
- Donald J. Trump, President of these United States
President Trump ... voiced support for confiscating guns from certain individuals deemed to be dangerous, even if it violates due process rights.
“I like taking the guns early, like in this crazy man’s case that just took place in Florida ... to go to court would have taken a long time,” Trump said at a meeting with lawmakers on school safety and gun violence.
Trump was responding to comments from Vice President Pence that families and local law enforcement should have more tools to report potentially dangerous individuals with weapons.
“Allow due process so no one’s rights are trampled, but the ability to go to court, obtain an order and then collect not only the firearms but any weapons,” Pence said.
"Or, Mike, take the firearms first, and then go to court," Trump responded.

Another great article from the Journal of the American Revolution. This time, we find a review of history by Christian M. McBurney, discussing, among other things, the 1781 British efforts to kidnap prominent Americans in Vermont and upstate New York.
A third great article from the Journal of the American Revolution. This, an article by by Daniel M. Sivilich, speaks about, among other things, "battle-related items such as impacted musket balls, grapeshot, hand grenade fragments and more", all from American Revolution campaigns in our area.

"The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the
State government. It is one of the high powers delegated directly to the citizen, and is excepted out of the
general powers of government. A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is
above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power." -- Cockrum v. State
